Terms and Conditions - IZBA BnB
Article 1 - Purpose
These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with IZBA BnB, located in Roubaix, France.
Article 2 - Booking
The booking is confirmed after receipt of full payment for the stay. The customer receives a confirmation by email.
Article 3 - Check-in and check-out
- Check-in : From 3:00 PM
- Check-out : Before 10:00 AM
Article 4 - Stay rules
- Respect for peace and quiet of the premises
- Strict prohibition of organizing parties or events in the accommodation
- Smoking prohibited in rooms
- Pets not allowed
- Respect for condominium rules
⚠️ Important rule
The organization of parties or events is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Article 5 - Security deposit
By confirming the booking, the customer authorizes the establishment to hold a credit card authorization corresponding to a security deposit of 400 €.
Important : This bank authorization does not constitute an immediate debit. No amount will be charged except in case of damages, deterioration, non-compliance with the house rules or late cancellation not covered by the cancellation conditions.
The establishment reserves the right to proceed with partial or total capture of this amount within 7 days after the customer's departure, upon justification of any damage or breach observed. A statement or proof will be sent to the customer before any actual charge.
The customer acknowledges that this procedure is equivalent to a prior debit authorization, and undertakes not to oppose it in bad faith with their bank, under penalty of prosecution for fraud or abuse.
Article 6 - Disputes relating to the deposit
In case of dispute over the deposit charge, the customer undertakes to contact the establishment directly before any action with their bank, in order to seek an amicable resolution.
Article 7 - Cancellation and modification
Cancellation by the customer
- Free cancellation : Up to 10 days before arrival
- Firm booking : -10% on the price, non-refundable
- Modification : Possible subject to availability
Cancellation by the establishment
In case of force majeure or impossibility of accommodation, the establishment fully refunds the customer.
Article 8 - Liability
The customer is responsible for damages caused to the accommodation and undertakes to use the equipment according to its intended purpose.
Article 9 - Personal data
The personal data collected is used solely for booking management and is not transmitted to third parties.
Article 10 - Applicable law
These terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts have sole jurisdiction.
