What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Please let us know your approximate arrival time when booking so we can welcome you in the best conditions. Late arrivals are possible on request.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in the room price but can be pre-booked. The Continental breakfast is €8 per person and the XL breakfast is €12 per person. It is served from 7 AM to 10 AM in the common room and includes pastries, bread, jam, butter, coffee/tea and orange juice (XL adds eggs, cheese, cold cuts and fresh fruit).
Is there parking on site?
Yes, IZBA BnB offers free private parking on site, but the number of spots is limited (1 to 2 spots). Please let us know if you need parking when booking so we can reserve a spot for you. An EV charger is not available on site, but several public charging stations are nearby in Roubaix.
Are pets allowed?
No. Out of respect for all our guests and due to allergy concerns, pets are not accepted at IZBA BnB. The property is also entirely non-smoking, including in the garden adjoining the rooms.
How does cancellation and refund work?
Cancellation conditions depend on the rate you choose. The standard rate is modifiable and refundable according to the conditions specified at booking. The firm rate offers a 10% discount but is non-modifiable and non-refundable. For any questions, contact us directly at irina@izba-bnb.com.
How far is Lille, Roubaix city centre and Stade Pierre Mauroy?
IZBA BnB is ideally located in Roubaix, 850m from EDHEC Business School, 2.2 km from La Piscine museum and 1.5 km from the Velodrome. The Grand Stade Pierre Mauroy is 9 km away. Lille city centre is 15 minutes away by metro (line 2, Croix Mairie station, 12 min walk) or by car via the A22.
How does the security deposit work?
A €400 bank authorization is placed on your card at the time of booking. No amount is charged — this is just a hold released after your departure, provided no damage is found. For arrivals more than 28 days away, the hold is deferred and will be requested a few days before your arrival.
How does key handover work, especially for late arrivals?
Irina personally welcomes you on arrival to hand over the keys and show you around. For late arrivals (after 8 PM), please let us know on +33 6 49 84 00 49 so we can arrange a suitable handover. A secure key box can be made available on request.
